These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 92apk ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the 92apk platform located at 92apk.pro and all associated subdomains, applications, and services.

By completing the 92apk registration process, depositing funds, placing a bet, or accessing any game or service on the platform, you are confirming your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms form a legally binding contract. Your continued use of 92apk after any update or amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the 92apk Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

To register and use the 92apk platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 92apk enforces a strict 21+ age policy on all accounts without exception.
• You must be a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of 92apk or any of its affiliated gaming suppliers or service providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the 92apk platform.

By registering on 92apk, you warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria set out in this clause and that the information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false eligibility information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the 92apk platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify 92apk promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 92apk login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your 92apk account while your credentials are in use will be deemed to have been conducted by you personally.

• You must enable two-factor authentication if prompted to do so by the platform security system.
• You must notify 92apk immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• 92apk will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to access or use your 92apk account — is strictly forbidden.

92apk reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete a verification check within the timeframe stipulated by 92apk may result in account suspension pending resolution.

92apk maintains a native PKR (Pakistani Rupee) wallet for all player accounts. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR. The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your 92apk PKR wallet in real time or within the processing window applicable to the selected payment method. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. 92apk does not charge platform-side fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing with the 92apk support team. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed on the same business day where operationally possible. 92apk reserves the right to request supporting identification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within your account dashboard and are subject to change at the Company's discretion with reasonable notice.
• 92apk reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Funds deposited via USDT TRC20 may be withdrawn to a USDT TRC20 wallet only, subject to the exchange rate applicable at the time of withdrawal.

92apk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, weekly cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer, which form part of and are supplementary to these Terms.

• Bonus funds are credited to your bonus wallet and are separate from your real-money PKR balance until wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry timelines are specified individually for each promotion and must be read carefully before claiming.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit only. Duplicate account holders attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all associated accounts and bonuses voided.
• 92apk reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of bonus terms, or participation in prohibited wagering patterns such as low-risk hedging strategies designed to convert bonus funds into real money without genuine game risk.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to wagering requirements being met.
• 92apk reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable prior notice to affected players.

All sports bets placed on the 92apk platform — including cricket, PSL fixtures, international T20 and Test matches — are governed by the sport-specific rules published within the sportsbook section of the platform. Casino games including slots, live dealer tables, and RNG games are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented at the point of play.

92apk acts as the counterparty to all sports bets placed on the platform unless otherwise stated. By placing a bet, you acknowledge and accept the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation; the confirmed odds on your bet slip constitute the final agreed odds regardless of subsequent market movements.

• Bets may only be placed using available real-money or bonus funds as applicable to the specific market and game type.
• 92apk reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing, corruption, or any form of irregular activity.
• In-play betting markets are offered subject to availability and may be suspended at any point during an event without notice due to technical or operational requirements.
• 92apk reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or potential payout on any market or game at its discretion, including restricting individual accounts whose wagering patterns suggest systematic exploitation of pricing errors.
• Technical malfunctions of any game or platform component void all plays associated with the malfunction. 92apk is not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92apk platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Registering more than one account on the 92apk platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information at registration or during any identity verification process.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any advantage over other players or the house.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing anomalies, or technical glitches to generate profits outside the intended operation of the platform.
• Colluding with other players in live casino, poker, or any other multi-player game environment.
• Engaging in chargeback fraud by disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after receiving the benefit of the corresponding platform credit.
• Attempting to access areas of the platform infrastructure not intended for player access, including through reverse engineering, probing, or hacking.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 92apk support staff or other players in any communication channel.

92apk is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all areas of its platform. This data is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and where consented, marketing communications.

92apk implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. Your data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed gaming regulators, law enforcement agencies, and payment processing partners where required by law or necessary for the provision of platform services.

All content on the 92apk platform — including but not limited to the 92apk logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and audiovisual materials — is the intellectual property of 92apk or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 92apk platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 92apk platform without the prior written consent of the Company.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92apk's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to their use of the platform shall be limited to the amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

92apk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, arising from your use of the platform regardless of the cause of action and whether or not 92apk has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

• 92apk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.
• 92apk is not liable for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control including telecommunications failures, power outages, government actions, or force majeure events.
• Gambling involves risk. 92apk is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through wagering activity on the platform, which is conducted at your own risk and discretion.

You may close your 92apk account at any time by contacting the 92apk support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your PKR wallet will be returned to you via your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

92apk reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2.
• Failure to complete a mandatory identity verification check within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other financial crime.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Clause 7.
• Requirement to do so under applicable law, court order, or regulatory instruction.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, 92apk reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, to report the matter to and cooperate fully with relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92apk holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through the 92apk complaints procedure shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under the terms of that gaming licence.

Players acknowledge that online gaming regulations vary between jurisdictions and that they are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the 92apk platform is lawful in their place of residence. 92apk makes no representation that its services are lawful or available in every jurisdiction.

92apk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 92apk will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the registered email address or through an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 92apk platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Clause 12.
